I have taught in the classroom since 2004 for the Bloomfield Hills School District and for Lake Orion Community Schools. When I joined Oxford Community Schools in 2019, I started as a Math and Reading Interventionist at DA. I have also enjoyed being a Girls on the Run Coach at OES.
Teaching young children is a passion of mine, and I believe that building open and caring relationships with students and families creates the foundation for a wonderful school experience. I encourage curiosity and exploration in a warm and caring environment.
I live in Oxford with my husband, and two children. We are constantly exploring Northern Michigan by taking many trips with family and friends. We enjoy camping, golf, and playing pickleball in the summer, and we love to ski in the winter. Playing games and doing puzzles are favorites for our family.
